Alliance Environmental Group completes recapitalization transaction with MFG Partners and Orix Mezzanine & Private Equity

IRVINE, California, December 22, 2017 – Keystone Capital markets is pleased to announce an equity investment in Alliance Environmental Group (“Alliance” or “Company”) by MFG Partners and ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity alongside the Company’s management team. Keystone served as the exclusive financial advisor to Alliance in the transaction.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Azusa, California, Alliance is a provider of environmental remediation services, including asbestos abatement, lead removal, mold removal, duct cleaning, and other services to residential and commercial clients. The transaction will position the Company for its next stage of growth, including expanding its geographic coverage and service capabilities – both organically and via acquisition.
